I loooooove the mixed media books (Acrylic/chipboard/felt/transparency all in one album...SAWEEEET!). LOVE the Summer Soiree and the On a Whimsy lines. Their Kraft cuts are to die for as well!!

Crate Paper Rocks! As always!!

Another highlight of the show for me were the 3 lines putout by Crate Paper. This has been one of my all time favorite companies and they did not disappoint!! The Orbit line is PERFECT for little boys! I cannot wait to get my hands on the cute shapes and fun colors!!
Lillian offers a whimsical, fun girly line that could be used for lots of different themes. LOVE the birdies and shaped paper!! The colors are fantastic too! And another FABULOUS addition is the baby line Little Sprout. The owls and the mushrooms are over the top cute!! I adore the colors and they are gender neutral. Absolutely ADORABLE!All 3 lines come offer stamps, letters, die cut shapes and rubons. They are all pure heaven!! I am saving up for it all already!!

How cute are these bright embellishments from Sassafrass Lass?

Heidi has a few cute lines coming out (the summer one is my fav). And here they are demoing her new invisibles. Very cool. The patterns are resistent to inks/paints and they come in several designs. Here they used a mask to get the heart.

This line has me feeling happy from Cosmo Cricket... it is called SNORKEL...so cute. Also, Lil man and Girl Friday are MUST HAVES....

I was THE coolest Mom for having met R2D2 and 3 stormtroopers. I consider myself "golden" for several years to come.... at least with Mason and Landon.
I also have to say I had a BLAST with Cindy and Cathy on the floor. And to top of a PERFECT day, I had dinner with Amy and Cindy at the Cheesecake Factory. I wish I could convince these girls to move to California... I love them to death!! Thanks girls for a FABULOUS and fun time. I miss you already!!

They are a sure bet.... as always... my favorite is Lime Rickey.... of course. Bright and fun. Kelly Goree was a doll and always fun to be with. LOVE the new pearls and there lines will do well, I am sure.

Football Frenzy~ Queen & Co. 2009 peek

Here is some of the 2009 release from Queen & Co.! This is their football line. CUTE 1 inch felt football ribbon and cute felt frenzy shapes that coordinate perfectly. I also used their brads, mini brads, star shaped brads and acrylic stars to highlight this page. Their new foam alphabets are perfect for these pages and cards also!! Enjoy the peek!

Queen & Co. 2009 Sneak peek!!

Here is the Making Waves line. One of the classics and they are offering lots of tiny buckets of coordinating themes. They are PERFECT for scrapping and card making!! I used just about everything from their ribbons, buckles, rhinestones, brads, mini brads, sequins, flowers, felt shapes and felt ribbon. ENJOY The peek!

My brave boy....

Mason has been through so much with his vision and this past year, we FINALLY got it right. He is seeing 20/20 with his glasses and he is excelling in school. Poor baby... he was patching one eye for 3 hours a day.... but he only grumbled a little bit.... I made this layout so that he will know how much I admired him for going through it all. HE is my hero!!

I have been scrapping more than usual lately.... could it be all of the UNTOUCHED goodies around my house?!?! I need to get rid of some things!! I feel a Craigs List posting coming on. Anyways... this is a fun boyish layout I did of Landon with him on his razor. He loves that thing... even if it DID knock out his front tooth!!

Happy New Year!!

WOW....still can't believe 2009 is here! Crazy! We spent the last 4 days with friends and family, having a blast!! We took in the Rose Parade and one too many drinks! ;) I am looking forward to a fresh start in '09. Looking forward to CHA and getting new yummy products from Queen & Co. But most of all, getting healthy and being creative!! I am on a "hold" for my ultrasound job... I am thinkin' they are tightening their belts a bit but hopefully they get busy again.... I just love my job and miss it already!! The kids are back in school Monday....WOOHOO and I hit the gym too.... don't you LOVE resolutions? Wish me luck and the best to you and yours in '09!!
