Merry Christmas to all!!

We hope your Christmas is filled with love and laughter. We miss all of our friends and family in California, but know that we are thinking of you all during this special time of year. We also look forward to a new year of new friendships here in Colorado. :)

Meet Oreo....

She is the newest member of the Pool family and the sole reason that my boys are now begging for a puppy.....
I do have to admit though.... she is so flippin' adorable and cuddly!!!

Mason finally lost it!!

It had to be taken by force but his first tooth is finally out of his mouth!! It only took 7 years, 9 months and 9 days to lose it!! His adult tooth was growing in behind it and wasn't making his baby tooth loose. So there you go!! The tooth fairy will hopefully come tonight and he is now beginning to catch up with all of his friends.... and his brother too!! :)

What to do with scraps....

Since I did all of these fun projects for Elle's Studios, you can imagine how many scraps I had lying around. I simply curled strips of her patterned papers up and tucked them inside this clear glass ornament. I added two different tags to the opposite sides as the Christmas sentiment. Hope you can use this tip for future projects!!

Trimming the ol' fake tree!

The boys were reaaaaally into trimming the tree this year. I had to really REEL in my urge to "unclump" the ornaments that Landon did.... but it was a fun time anyways. :) And yes.... I was one of those moms that hated the different colors of PlayDoh mixed up. I just had to breathe and walk away.....

Day of Lisa's wedding

All dressed to nines....
And this was what my hair looked like that day.... Beata did a great job! Thanks girl!!

My Mom again....

There is no request too outlandish for my Mom, when it comes to her grand babies! They wanted a skull knit scarf and guess what came in the mail? TWO skull scarves..... one red (for Landon) and a black one for Mason. THANKS GRANDMA!!!!! They love them!!

Christmas Blocks.... more Elle's Studios!

I actually bought these precut blocks for $2.99 at Hobby Lobby and altered them with Elle's new papers and tags for Christmas and Winter. I added faux snow to the pink acrylic KI Memories letters.
Used lots of coordinating alphas from American Crafts too.
Thanks for checking out my blog!

John Deere Canvas for Mr. Blake

This is for my friend Kayla's little nephew Blake. He is a tractor loving toddler and I just loved doing a new canvas! I think the Fancy Pants ribbon finished it off perfectly!! Hope you and Blake like it Kayla!! :)

Another reason I was MIA....

I have had quite a few orders for canvases this Christmas so I have been busy doing that these days in my spare time. These 3 are for my friend, Carol. She has 2 nieces and a nephew in Texas that will hopefully enjoy these!
Avery's room are purples and periwinkles. It is a fun combo!
This one is for Jake. He has a blue camouflage room:
Emily's room is brown, white and pink..... I love that combo!!

Some projects for Elle's Studios

I had the honor of working with Elle's Studios for both her Christmas and Halloween lines this year. I went a little crazy with it all but it is really easy to do. You can find a couple of my projects in her downloadable projects area!! ENJOY!
This is the larger gift box that I did for her Christmas line. LOVED the different tags and the 4x4 papers!! A fun gift box with all of Elle's fun winter products!
I altered a wooden frame ornament. I turned this drab paper mache star into a fun and festive ornament. Only $.25!!
