OK.... I made these cupcakes for the last baseball game and the boys made fun of them. I think they look like baseballs but they thought they were "fuzzy stripes" on a cupcake.! Now tell me, are they lacking imagination or am I just lacking skills....

Fuzzy like in a Dr. Seuss story? They are cute! I love making cool things like this for the kids. They remember and talk about it when they get older. "Remember the time when you made baseball cookies? My friends loved them!" A good trick to doing the laces is to put the red frosting in a baggy and cut a small hole in the corner and squeeze the frosting through the hole. More manageable control and the frosting looks like thread!
