I love this wall

This wall is in California Adventure... and I fell instantly in love with it....We spent an hour just playing I Spy with things that were embedded in there.
I am seriously trying to find some space in my life for a wall that I can do this to....

Silly String

Poor Molly.... she was getting it from both boys... didn't know what was happening... See? Mean boys!!
Then they turned on each other!! Landon's face is PRICELESS here!! This had to be from last fall but I came across them again when I was loading some pictures... Enjoy the boys at their height of naughtiness...

Let's Play Baaaaalllll....

Mason has wheels that apparently don't belong to his mother... He had 5 stolen bases including the one to home....after his TRIPLE and 3 RBIs... OK... that was a proud mama moment...sorry.This is Mason stealing home ...

So proud of his batting... he really controls the ball and is so consistent.... great form baby...

Knuckles after his triple... he had a great game... fielding and hitting. I love watching these boys play!!

Landon's First Dolphins game

Apologies in advance about the amount of pictures that are in this post... Landon sat with me and picked the ones he wanted to be "seen by the world"... his words. (He has NO IDEA that his Mommy isn't THAT cool.... )

Fielding was a bit chaotic and when the batters actually RAN to the correct bases, we managed to score 15 runs. Should've had more but we had 2 kids stop and talk to their friends and one kid run into right field to chat with his cousin... ;)

Landon was an excellent base runner and scored every time....

He made me put this one in....much to my chagrin.... but this is when Landon outran the 3rd baseman to make it in to score. Excuse the unfocused picture... he insisted.

A very happy boy for scoring and getting a single. :)***SIGH*** Very good stance Landon... he is so good. :)Another single... he hit a line drive to the shortstop for another great hit.He LOOOOOVED playing catcher. Was super focused and loved having all that gear on. I still can't believe I ever caught... hurts my old knees just thinking about it.

And that was game NUMBER one for Dolphins Silver... we lost 21-15 but we played awesome and I think the boys have a better idea about what to expect. :) These 6 year olds are flippin' adorable.

Irises

These irises have a story behind them... they completely remind me of my Grandma June and how she adored this flower. When she passed, we all took bulbs from her garden and planted them in our own gardens around California. Every spring, I am reminded of her when these gorgeous bulbs break through the ground and find the sun. These are the ones that my Mom planted and sure enough... they are in full bloom just in time for Easter. I miss her and hope she can see her irises blooming all over her children's and grand children's yards.
